This article is kind of scary..The person who wrote it sounds like a serious stalker. It's about using a website to find out a bunch of information about someone by putting in their cell phone number. Just by typing in their number, you can find out the person's full name, address, date of birth, phone carrier information, address history, location details, background checks, criminal history, birth records, reverse e-mail lookup, marriage and divorce records, legal records and much more. That's creepy.
